In order to properly use the subscription service provided by eWeLink (hereinafter referred to as “The Service”), the eWeLink Member Subscription Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) shall be carefully read and complied with.
This Agreement is Special Agreement for eWeLink Licensing and Service Agreement. Before use this service, please carefully read and fully understand all terms and conditions listed in eWeLink Software License and Service Agreement, users may choose ACCEPT or UNACCEPT. Something unengaged in this Agreement is applicable to the terms and conditions of eWeLink Software License and Service Agreement; any conflict between this Agreement and eWeLink Software License and Service Agreement, this Agreement is prevailed.
1.Service Descriptions
You are entitled to Membership rights and interests during the period you are enjoying the services. The membership rights and interests include following items:
1.1 the rights of use of exclusive functions for eWeLink Members, such as Web-Pages of eWeLink;
1.2 The upgrade of access right for relevant functions provided by eWeLink (exact Nos is subject to the label marked in Member Pages);
You understand and agree that, eWeLink is entitled to change or modify the contents above based on the business conditions within the range permitted by laws and regulations; simultaneously, for optimized services for the users, eWeLink may launch updated services or functions and such services and functions may be included in the member rights and interests or charged separately. More contents for members to know about, please view relevant functional pages of eWeLink.
2.Subscription & Unsubscription
2.1 Monthly & Annual Card
Upon monthly card/annual card being subscribed, the service period for subscribers is one month/year.
2.2 Continuous Monthly Service
2.2.1 Continuous monthly service refers to a precondition that subscribers have already subscribed to our services, and the automatic renewal is provided. Provided that the subscribers have subscribed to the continuous service, meant that the subscribers have authorized eWeLinkto charge the fees for the next payment period from the subscribers own recharge account or iTunes account, or other accounts while the service period will be expired. The collection for such payment will be completed within 24 hours before the billing period.
2.2.2 Subscriber should associate its eWeLink account with aforesaid accounts and maintain balance enough for withholding payment. Provided that the renewal fails to owe to insufficient balance in subscribers’ account, subscribers shall bear according to responsibilities by themselves.
2.2.3 Following methods may be used to cancel the subscribed monthly services:
For iPhones, it can access iOS device “Settings” → “iTunes Store & App Store” → select “Apple ID” → click “View Apple ID” → click “Subscribe” in the setting page of the account → cancel the subscription.
2.2.4 If the subscriber resubscribes this service after its continuous monthly service (no matter the member period is expired or not at the moment),eWeLink will charge the subscription fees for one month and the member period is extended for one month, at the same time the automatic renewal will be opened.
3. Service Payment
3.1 Subscribers understand and agree that this service is a payable service, eWeLink will charge the usage fees for INTERNET value-added service. The payable standards for this service can be viewed on relevant service pages and subscribers may select services that you need. Upon this service being subscribed, no matter the service is used or not in the according to service period, the fees which have been paid are not refunded.
3.2 Subscribers understand and agree that eWeLink is entitled to formulate and decide and modify the payment standards and rules related to the services. Upon aforesaid payment standards, rules, and modifications being launched, it will take effect and compose an effective component of this agreement, with equal legal effect. If subscribers do not agree such payment standards, rules, and modifications, they shall immediately stop using this service. If subscribers continuously use this service, it is deemed that they have agreed such related content.
4. Disclaim Statement
eWeLink is entitled to modify the details of this service without regular time based on the product scheme and business conditions (including but not limited to member rights and interests as well as audible reading texts in the software of eWeLink. The aforesaid decisions and modifications will be taken effect without any notice to users and subscribers who have agreed that eWeLink will not take any responsibilities.
5. Others
5.1 Users may obtain relevant rights and interests for free through promotions and other official channels irregularly provided by eWeLink (including but not limited to listening hours free of charges). There may be some restrictions for aforesaid rights and interests, more details are subject to the tips provided in relevant functional pages. For other rights and interests, users are required to obtain via subscribing to this service or other payable methods.
5.2 Upon users using this service, it is deemed that they have read and agreed the binding by this agreement. eWeLink is entitled to modify this agreement if necessary. Users may view the modified agreement in updated software provided by eWeLimk. After this agreement is modified, if users continuously use this service, it is deemed that they have accepted the modified agreement. Provided that users do not accept the modified agreement, they shall immediately stop using the service.
5.3. The signing place for this agreement is in Nanshan Dist. Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, PR China.
5.4 All the creation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute settlement of this agreement, are applicable to the laws and regulations in the mainland of the people’s Republic of China (conflict law excluded).
5.5 If any disputes or conflicts between users and eWeLink, friendly negotiation shall be the priority; if negotiations failed, users agree that such disputes or conflicts shall be submitted to the jurisdictional people’s count at the signing place of this agreement.
5.6 All titles of this agreement are for easy reading only, without any special meanings, unable to be a basis to interpret this agreement.
