The answer is “yes”, definitely. We turned to a third-party for help with our translation service, while we were still unsatisfied. Until we met a group of people, volunteers, who had the same dissatisfaction. They are not only the volunteers who help with our translation, but also the users who know our products much better than others. By taking part in our translation, they can know much better about our products as well as share their thoughts about the products and even DIY products.
