Maintenance Notice: Upcoming Service Upgrade of eWeLink Server
Dear eWeLink Users,
We are committed to ensuring the security, stability, and high performance of the eWeLink services. As part of our routine maintenance, we will have an upgrade of our servers based on MongoDB in March.
Please take note of the following schedule for the upgrades:
- Asia Region: Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 18:00 UTC
- Americas Region: Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 07:00 UTC
- Europe Region: Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 00:00 UTC
- China mainland: Friday, March 7, 2025, at 2:00 AM Beijing Time
The upgrades in these regions are expected to last 2-3 hours. During this time, you may experience temporary device offline status, failures when accessing cloud services through the App, or instances where your smart home scenes do not execute as expected. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure optimal performance. Rest assured that services will return to normal after maintenance finishes, and generally, you don't need to do anything. However, some aged devices that are running earlier versions of firmware may need to be powered off and on to initiate the auto-pairing procedure or re-pairing manually.
